AGUA

Interdisciplinary collective based in Montevideo that investigated the connections between contemporary art and South American folklore. Creation of immersive-performances, installations and workshops.

ALEGRO

Alegro was an independent, self-managed and collectively-run cultural centre in downtown Montevideo, by an interdisciplinary team with backgrounds in dance, theatre, psychology and other forms of therapy, visual arts, massage, tango, and candombe (afro-uruguayan music). I was part of the 2014-2015 coordinating group.

 

An house with open doors to the community, a meeting place, with regular classes, workshops and events, as well as a distribution centre of permacultural, local, and organic products.
